Quick Start Guide to PrioNow
Step 1: Connect Your Google Search Console
Different Email? Link your Google Search Console to PrioNow manually.
Same Google Account? Your data syncs automatically.


Step 2: Choose Your Website and Sitemaps
- Select the website you want to analyze.
- Pick the specific sitemap(s) you want PrioNow to review.
Step 3: Set Your Goals
- Desired clicks and impressions per page.
- Time for new pages to rank.


Complete Setup
- PrioNow will start analyzing your site. This takes a few minutes. You can refresh the page or take a break and check back later.
Dashboard Overview
After your data is analyzed, the Dashboard provides a clear view of your website’s health, including:
- Page Categories: Organized based on your goals.
- Issues & Opportunities: Identifies problems like keyword cannibalization, content decay, low-quality pages, and pages that are close to top rankings.
- Performance Trends: Shows how your site is improving over time.
- Pages Needing Updates: Highlights which pages need attention and require an update.
This overview helps you easily understand your website’s performance and know exactly what needs to be fixed or updated.

Pages Prioritization Overview
In the Pages Prioritization tab, you can see your pages ordered by their importance and potential to increase traffic:
- Performance Insights: Understand how each page is performing.
- Use Filters: Sort pages by specific issues like keyword conflicts or low-quality page.
- Start Improving: Follow our recommended order or choose pages based on your filters.
- Get Detailed Tips: Click the light bulb icon on a page to view in-depth analysis and suggestions in the Insights page.
This makes it easy to focus on the most important pages and address any issues to improve your website’s performance.

Page Insights
In the Page Insights section, PrioNow provides improvement suggestions for four key areas:
- Performance Against Goals: See how your page is performing based on the goals you set.
- Keyword Cannibalization Detection: Identify if multiple pages are targeting the same keywords.
- Traffic Development: Compare your page’s traffic to the previous period and the same time last year.
- Targeted Keyword Performance: Check how your target keyword is performing.

SEO Checklist: On the right side, you’ll see an on-page SEO checklist that highlights best practices.
- Add Your Own Tasks: Easily add custom tasks to the checklist to fit your specific needs.
- Status Tracking: Update each task’s status as To Do, Doing, or Done. These statuses will also be visible in the Pages Overview for easy tracking.
